DESCRIPTION

Electrical tests on power transformers, current transformers, voltage transformers, rotating machines, grounding systems, lines and cables, and circuit breakers can be performed with the CPC 100.

The patented CPC 100 primary injection test system replaces several individual testing devices. This reduces the costs for training and transport, and cuts down testing time. Therefore, the CPC 100 is the ideal test set for substation asset commissioning and maintenance.

The CPC 100 is the base for multiple accessories. These facilitate further applications, such as power/dissipation factor measurements, as well as line and ground impedance measurements.

ACCESSORIES

	HGT1 The FFT Voltmeter HGT1 is used in connection with the CPC 100 and CP CU1 to measure step and contact voltages.

	CP CR500 The compensating reactor CP CR500 allows the insulation quality of generators, motors, cables and other systems with large capacitances to be tested.

	CP DB1 The CP DB1 transformer discharge box facilitates fast discharging of power transformers during the test process.
	CP RC The CP RC resonance circuit units together with the CPC 100 can be used for voltage withstand testing of gas-insulated switchgears (GIS).
	CP SB1 The transformer switch box CP SB1 was designed to measure ratio and winding resistance and test the tap changer of power transformers. The unit ensures faster, safer, more reliable, and more comfortable testing.
	CP TC12 The CP TC12 oil test cell precisely determines the dielectric constant, the dissipation factor (tan delta) and the power factor of insulating liquids such as transformer oil.
	CP TD1 The CP TD1 accessory is used in combination with TESTRANO 600, CPC 100 or CPC 80 to perform power / dissipation factor and capacitance measurements.
	PTM The Primary Test ManagerTM (PTM) is the ideal software tool for diagnostic testing of power transformers, current transformers, and circuit breakers.
